Management of the Employment Fund and persons who participate in the Fund’s financial reporting may not trade financial instruments of the Employment Fund (on behalf of themselves or third parties) directly or indirectly for a period of 30 calendar days before the Employment Fund’s financial statement bulletin or half-yearly report is published. The Employment Fund applies the closed window to the period between the end of a half-year and a full year and the day after the Employment Fund’s half-yearly report or financial statement bulletin is published. However, the closed window always applies to a period of no less than 30 calendar days before the publishing of a half-yearly report or financial statement bulletin and to the day of publishing.
